Iorfa wants Vogts sacked - By PAUL EREWUBA Monday, June 11, 2007

Former Nigerian International, Dominic Iorfa, has sensationally advocated the sack of Super Eagles Manager, Berti Vogts, disclosing that he would be the most pleased if the manager of the Super Eagles eventually walks out on his contract with NFA, as has been suggested in various media reports, Nigeriansportsonline.com reports.
Iorfa, who is vice chairman of Technical Committee of the Glass House, told Nigeriansportsonline.com that Vogts’ threat of resigning his appointment as Super Eagles manager over alleged contractual breaches in areas of salary payment, would do the nation more good than harm, as it would turn out a good riddance to bad rubbish.
The former Queens Park Rangers of England strike star insists that Berti Vogts assumed good qualities are the makings of the press, stressing that the former Scotland national team manager is an absolute failure.
"I will celebrate with bottles of beer if he (Berti Vogts) makes good his alleged threat of resignation," declared Dominic Iorfa, who also is chairman of Premier League side, Lobi Stars of Makurdi.
"As far as I am concerned, he has failed and should go.
"What you press guys keep asking about his perceived threat to resign, but you have not as well tried to find out what happened in Kenya.
"Anyway the board of NFA will meet this week on the matter and issue would be discussed.
"If I have my way as Vice chairman of the technical committee, we have had enough of him," Iorfa blasted. The Sun
